We are local Financial Advisers located on Prospect Road, Armadale.

Having worked alongside founding adviser, Greg Walkington for over 13 years; Natalie Crosswell took over the role as Principal Adviser in 2016 when he retired.

Natalie is able to assist clients with all areas of Financial Planning – from Cash Flow/Debt Management, Superannuation, Retirement and Pre-Retirement Planning to Personal Life insurance (Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection), Savings and Investment plans including Borrowing to Invest.

The Advice Process

Our objective is to provide advice relevant to your individual circumstances and to assist you in reaching your personal and financial goals.

Through years of experience, we assist existing and new clients in an extensive range of financial planning services including:

We believe that you have the right to be fully informed about all fees and charges. That is why we disclose all fees and charges upfront so there are no surprises.

Initial Consultation: The initial consultation typically takes about 45 mins to an hour. We will discuss your financial goals and outline our services. This meeting is obligation-free and allows you to decide whether we can assist you to reach your goals.

Fact Find: A full overview of your current financial situation is obtained with you completing a comprehensive questionnaire. An appointment may need to be arranged to confirm figures and clarification of requirements if a complex strategy is required.

Statement of Advice (SOA): The SOA document covers our recommendations that have been tailored to your circumstances and position in detail, including product features, the risks associated with the recommendations, along with the advantages and disadvantages of the advice and an outcome of your situation. It also outlines any further fees and charges that may be due.

If you don’t require a product recommendation or require an overview of your financial situation and your options, we will provide our advice in two stages. The first stage is a Strategy Only SOA which includes our recommended strategies only. In discussions with you, we use the advice document to assess what we can help you with and what areas you would like our advice focused based on your objectives. Then upon your approval we will proceed to a second SOA with your preferred strategies, to include our product recommendations and a step by step implementation process.

Implementation: Once you agree to proceed with the SOA, you will be required to sign an authority to proceed. This authorises us to implement the advice on your behalf. We will ensure that everything agreed to and listed in the SOA is actioned. We will process all the paperwork, follow up and liaise with new and current providers and confirm what has been recommended is put into place.

Review: As part of our ongoing agreement we will provide a review of your plan to ensure you are on track to reach your financial goals or make any amendments as life changes. We offer different levels of ongoing service plans and fees depending on the level of service you require and the complexity of your strategies or portfolio.
